Launching the Parent Pick-Up Module on the School Parent Mobile Application
Dear Parents,
We are pleased to inform you that we will be launching the Parent Pick-Up Module on the School Parent Mobile Application for the Junior School. Firstly you have to have the El Alsson Mobile app on your phone updated.
The El Alsson: Parents app is live on Apple, Google Play & Huawei stores.
It is crucial to activate push notifications to ensure you do not miss any important school announcements, as emails may be missed or sent to junk folders.
For your login information, use your school-registered email address as your username. Your password will be the first part of your email before the 鈥楡鈥� symbol, followed by 159. And remember to change your password after your initial login for security purposes!

The Parent Pick-Up Module is a new feature which has been developed to enhance student safety and to support a smooth, well-organized end-of-day pick-up process.
Starting Tuesday, 13 January, we will begin using the Parent Pick-Up Module as part of a two-week grace period. During this time, the module will be used to:
- Help parents get familiar with how the system works
- Run trials during daily pick-up
- Collect feedback
- Fix and fine-tune any technical or operational issues
This grace period will allow parents and the school team to become comfortable with the system before it becomes part of the daily routine.

In addition, we will be holding online Zoom sessions to guide parents through the module, explain the process in detail, and answer any questions.
